third time this month all my accounts are deactivated CC-800
I updated my accounts this morning; this afternoon, my Chase, Elan Services, USAA, and Phoenixville Federal Bank accounts all reported CC-800 errors. This is the third time in September that all four accounts have reported CC-800 errors simultaneously. Is anyone else seeing this?

Hello @Dennis Mc,
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Let me know how it goes!

I started seeing this today (October 8, 2024) but saw other connection issues earlier this month with same two accounts (from the same institution). The Fix It instructions did not work for me, but someone else in this community suggested to simply do Update Now on the Action Menu (the gear icon). That worked!

So today I got this CC-800 for all CITI and US Bank Accounts as well a brokerage account. I re-added all accounts but now on the OSU page for those accounts do not show as updated or show any errors? In fact in the past the OSU would display the Summary results but that also is not happening?

I re-added all accounts and now the OSU Summary page does not show any of those accounts being updated. However, I did a CITI Visa transaction as a test and it showed a red flag and a pending transaction a couple hours after I did another update. Maybe it's working will know more tomorrow after OSU daily update in morning.
