Quotes for bond ETFs are periodically incorrect. See print screen below for IGSB, days where volume = 0 are wrong. Other ETFs I found incorrect are VCLT, VCST, IGIB.
Any ideas when or if this will be fixed?
You're showing an Intra-day quote … which has built in delays from both your brokerage and Q's quotes provider.
E.G., according to Fidelity, today's total volume for IGSB is 1,419,490 and you're showing only 3.8% of that volume.
What shows NOW, that the market is closed and all quotes have been updated at the various providers? I.E. the EOD numbers
SO, I don't believe that you've sufficiently demonstrated that there IS anything to be fixed.
