Anyone else getting an HTTP-403 error when attempting to connect to Citibank?

Since September 20, I've been getting an HTTP-403 error when attempting to update my transactions for the Costco Visa card. I've checked the security on the card's website and Quicken Mac has been registered in September, 2023. Interestingly, that same page also shows the last access time through Quicken as September 19, 2024, which is the date of my last successful connection via Quicken. While it's apparently the Citi Server that is throwing the error, I think Quicken needs to troubleshoot this…unless for some reason I'm the only person receiving this error. If I'm not alone, please comment below. The more of us that are having this issue, the more effort will be placed on fixing this by Quicken.
