I can confirm that as of 9/18/24 this CC-503 issue with Space Coast Credit Union continues to persist. The ability do download transactions from Space Coast CU has been unavailable for a long time! Is this problem still "escalated"? I am not sure how many users are affected but perhaps we need to complain more. I did not want to complain if the problem is being worked on but now I am wondering if that is really the case. Since it's already been reported I had been thinking it would not be necessary to report it myself but I guess I will go ahead and do just that.

I am receiving a CC-503 message. I called Quicken support on this a few days ago and they told me that a solution had been found but they were waiting for Space Coast CU to approve implementation of the solution. So, it appears that both sides will blame the other and the customer is between.
I tried to download transactions for my FNBO Mastercard account this morning (I had set up online banking with them a couple of years ago but had deactivated it shortly afterward) and received the same CC-503 message. Despite that my username and password is correct and despite deactivating and reactivating online banking for the account, per instructions. In the meantime, I am noticing that unless you are setting up online banking for the very first time, Quicken never takes you back to the beginning of online setup (where, for example, you are offered a drop-down list of institutions that are setup for such) but only to the screen where you can enter and re-enter your username and password. I would try that if there was a way but I am at a loss on what to do. I do know if I keep fiddling around for a solution I'll eventually lose or corrupt all my data.0 -
I am experiencing the same issue, with no help from either side.

Hello @paulhextell and @Chapelin,
We do currently have an active alert regarding CC-503(FDP-103) error messages with Space Coast Credit Union. You can follow this link to access that alert where I suggest that you bookmark the alert for all further updates.
Regarding the CC-503 error message you are receiving with First National Bank of Omaha, A CC-503 error occurs when your financial institution tells Quicken that your login credentials are incorrect. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information and troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
