Quicken Classic Crashes
I switched from Classic to Simplifi. Classic subscription ended a couple months ago. Once my subscription ended so did my access to this year's 2024 data. Now when I try to open Classic it goes thru the process and when you are about to expect the Classic homepage with one's data to open it crashes. I contacted support, ticket #11240106 was started and was told I would get periodic updates. Now 2+ months later, no updates and told via chat today my ticket is still being worked on. Do I believe this? Seriously come on. Enough already….

I took the time to look into your interactions with Quicken Support. Regarding your issue, we do currently have an active alert where crashing is occurring on Quicken for Windows. You may follow this link to access that alert where I suggest you bookmark it for all further updates.
