I switched from Classic to Simplifi. Classic subscription ended a couple months ago. Once my subscription ended so did my access to this year's 2024 data. Now when I try to open Classic it goes thru the process and when you are about to expect the Classic homepage with one's data to open it crashes. I contacted support, ticket #11240106 was started and was told I would get periodic updates. Now 2+ months later, no updates and told via chat today my ticket is still being worked on. Do I believe this? Seriously come on. Enough already….
