Quicken and Paypal Credit Card downloads

When will there be a fix for Quicken regarding the difference between PayPal, Crypto, Mastercard accounts and Synchrony? While PayPal credit is underwritten by Synchrony, it is not recognized with our sign on info. It appears that every so often, Quicken stops accessing PayPal and reverts to Synchrony.

I also just did a complete reset, re-added PayPal, Crypto, Mastercard thru the add new account page, linked to current account and nothing updated after 11 August 2024.

I also followed the steps for a file import and while it the message states a successful import, the transactions that are on the web account do not transfer to the ledger.

This has been ongoing for a couple years now so when is Quicken going to properly address the situation? Why didn't this get addressed with the program update that I just downloaded this morning?

I am having the same issue. I have unlinked the account bank names and relinked them. It says that I have downloaded over 700 days of transactions. However, it has not updated since April 30th, 2024. I also downloaded QFX files and uploaded them. It always says it is successful but that there were 0 transactions imported. I even tried linking it to a brand new account, and it downloaded all the transactions on 4/30/2024. Same date, nothing further. I called support a few weeks ago, and they had me submit a report. Why is this still not fixed?

I just found this article about the changes to PayPal and PayPal credit. You have to add your checking account with PayPal and authorize all accounts. Then, everything will start updating. It was not updating for months, then I tried this, and it worked—no problem!! Quicken, do better with your support pointing people here. I am sure many people could have been helped if they had just known where to go to get help!
