Why does status for item due today show overdue when the day is not over yet?
When I have an item due today, the status icon shows the Overdue red icon in the status column of my register. This gets annoying when you know something is due today but you will get it later today like when a bank posts interest or automatic deposits which will be recognized during the banks nightly process today.
It should not show overdue at the start of the day it is due, because the day is not over. It should show overdue the next day if the transaction is not picked up by download or acted on by me manually which is when it is truly overdue.
Is this a bug?

Hi @redgar,
This is not a bug; it is the design.
And… the icon for a scheduled transaction that is due today is actually orange, not red (although it's pretty hard to tell the difference.) If you hover over the icon, it will say "This scheduled transaction is due today."
Here's what one that's due earlier than today looks like:

Oh. Could not tell the difference in color till you pointed it out. Thanks.

You're welcome. The color difference is subtle. I kinda wish they'd used a shade of yellow rather than orange.
