One America Balance Shows $0

Quicken for MAC version 7.9.1

Since Last week, Quicken has shown a balance of $0 for OneAmerica Retirement account. When you try to reconnect it shows the account and the balance in the select account screen. However, it shows $0 when it finishes the connection. Is there a solution, or even an investigation? My TIAA balance is never right, but it is close. This one just shows $0 all the time now, that isn't helpful at all.
