I've used Quicken for over 20 years and I'm tired of reliability going down hill. I still can't re-connect to Citi which has been a problem since last week. Now one step update is unresponsive. I've wasted a lot of time dealing with problems that keep me from Quicken. I long for the day when I can open the program to enter transactions and balance my accounts without any problems.

Resolution:

To resolve my One Step Update issue, I followed these steps:

Opened a previous functional copy of the Quicken file.
Successfully performed a One Step Update on this file.
Closed the file.
Opened the most current file.
One Step Update then completed as expected.
