one step update suddenly hangs

I'm writing to report a critical issue with One Step Update on Windows 10. Despite exhaustive troubleshooting efforts using online resources, the feature consistently becomes unresponsive.

The lack of effective support is disappointing, and I'm extremely frustrated. I urge you to provide a reliable solution or alternative. If the issue cannot be resolved, I request a refund. Paying for a non-functional product is unacceptable.

    I've used Quicken for over 20 years and I'm tired of reliability going down hill. I still can't re-connect to Citi which has been a problem since last week. Now one step update is unresponsive. I've wasted a lot of time dealing with problems that keep me from Quicken. I long for the day when I can open the program to enter transactions and balance my accounts without any problems.

    Resolution:

    To resolve my One Step Update issue, I followed these steps:

    1. Opened a previous functional copy of the Quicken file.
    2. Successfully performed a One Step Update on this file.
    3. Closed the file.
    4. Opened the most current file.
    5. One Step Update then completed as expected.
