Quicken Online Backup file empty

One of my two Quicken Online Backup files is showing a size of 0.00 MB.

    Are you still seeing these 0.00 MB backups? If so, what appears when you open one?

    I am still seeing the 0.00 MB backups.

    However, when I restore one of the backups, the restore completes successfully.

    Wondering if it has anything to do with the size of my file. It's about 3.1 GB.

    BTW, I went to sign up for the email digest, but I couldn't find where to locate my Community Profile.

    Hmmm… Possibly the "Size" field can't accommodate Gigabyte?

    I'm assuming the WOW prefix backup is a different Quicken file.

    Can you change the width of the column?

    @Peter Goergen Click on your Avatar (the Smiley face) in the upper right corner, next to the envelope (messages icon). The select "Account and Privacy Settings". That will take you into your profile where you can subscribe to the Digest. While you're in there you can adjust/change the other notification preferences if you like.
