...and AGAIN: Still seeing 'Enter a valid date'

This report of mine keeps getting closed but NOT RESOLVED. And I have new information that might help. See my last report:
The new information: It happens when reconciling an investment account and Quicken adds an adjustment, and the adjust amount is negative. My last report seemed to indicate the problem might be resolved, but looking back to the adjustment amount at that time, it was a positive amount.
