Importing files to Quicken (Mac)

Is there a known bug for importing files into Quicken? After latest update, when downloading files from bank to Quicken, it has reversed all entries. All charges are being posted as Payments and Payments are being posted as Charges. It is also incorrectly categorizing many of the regular charges/payments. This started on the previous update.
