phantom "to do"s

My wells-fargo account has [for a week or two now] had a little envelope in the accounts field and it says "you have 1 new payment to send and 10 transactions to review". But my account is completely up to date — all the proper transactions are "c"ed and there are no pending payments. Should I be worried? Is there some way to make it go away [if it's not reflecting a real problem]?

    I am not experiencing any difficulties with Wells Fargo. The first troubleshooting step I would try is to Reset the online account.
