I just ran an OSU and EVERY account has a cc-800. Anybody else having issues? It started with BofA this morning and now all of them.

So I just tried adding some of them back, and the only ones that will add back are the ones where quicken activates the sign-on the to the bank or CC company and you allow access via the bank. The others that I try to add manually are getting cc-503.

    Hello @Greg Brown,

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Which financial institutions are you encountering this issue with? Have you already followed the troubleshooting for a CC-503 error? If not, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file and follow the troubleshooting steps in this article on CC-503 errors.

I look forward to your response!

I have done the troubleshooting except for: Step Three: Update your password(s) in Quicken, that's no longer valid. As I mentioned above I was able to recover the accounts where Quicken takes you to the site for sign-in and then allows you to share account data, those all worked. The others where you have to enter your ID/PW manually when adding, NONE of those worked, got cc-503 on all of them. It deletes the connection and then I can no longer add them because I get the cc-503. Here's the list:

It definitely appears to be a Quicken issue. I tried adding some of those accounts to a NEW Quicken file and still get cc-503…

    Thank you for your reply,

Since the troubleshooting didn't correct the issue and too many failed login attempts can cause more issues plus potentially lock the account on the financial institution side, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they have access to tools that we on the Community can't access and they can escalate the situation as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!

I was in touch with support yesterday for 1.5 hours. I asked them to review my logs to determine the issue. I couldn't add ANY accounts without getting a cc-503. They said they would work on it. They said it looked like there was some kind of block on my account preventing me from adding any accounts. They emailed me a little while later saying it was resolved. It was in fact resolved, and I was able to add all accounts, even accounts that I had been having cc-503 issues with for at least 6 months maybe longer. This is the first time in as long as I can remember that ALL of my accounts are connected. I am thrilled.
