CC-501 error on Quicken's server.

I'm getting no transactions downloading for several days despite resetting the account

I synced with Ally at 6:49am ET today without issue.

I finally "gave up" and had to resort to the deactivate/reactivate and it's been working fine since then. I have no idea why that's necessary given the fact that the error message clearly indicates it's a problem with Quicken's servers. But also given that Quicken has proven so unreliable the past year, the deactivate/reactivate is becoming a weekly/monthly routine.
