Investment Partnership Report does not show capital calls

I have several investment partnerships, each contained in a separate brokerage account. The Investment Partnership report does not show capital calls and thus does not calculate correct returns. I tried deleting and re-entering capital call transactions and found some bugs.

When entering a new "Partnership - Capital Call" transaction, in the box titled "Use cash for this transaction", my choices are "From an account outside Quicken", or "From ____" where I can specify an account in the drop-down box. If I choose the account (call it "X") containing the partnership (this account), then the capital call transaction DOES NOT appear in the report. If instead I choose a different account (call it "Y"), then the capital call transaction DOES appear in the report. (However, the cash for the capital call is already present in the X account, so the accounting is incorrect.)

Later, if I edit the Capital Call transaction, the transaction type is now "Buy - Shares Bought", and the choices in the "Use cash for this transaction" box are now different - they are "From this account's cash balance" and "From ____" where I can choose an account from the drop down box. At this point, I can select "From this account's cash balance", which is correct. The capital call transaction now DOES appear in the report. But the cash balance in the account IS NOT reduced.

I realize this Investment Partnership functionality is a recent addition to Quicken. I wonder if others are seeing similar errors? Have you found a work-around?
