CC 509 error JM Associates FCU

Despite changing my password several times at JM Associates Federal Credit Union, I keep getting a CC-509 request to change my password. This continues to happen even after deactivating the account and attempting to re-add it.

Has anyone had experience with this type of issue? Thanks.
