Horrible chat support
When I downloaded transactions from Citibank, the balance incorrectly bumped up by about $100K. In parallel, trying downloading all transactions for my accounts (5 accounts) with Marcus, Quicken excluded one account stating repeatedly that it has a "connection" problem. Obviously a bluff since 4 out of 5 accounts were synced and transactions were downloaded. After spending 3 hours on chat with a reperesentative of Quicken to resolve the incorrect balance, I provided him with the specific issue: Quicken simply changed the account opening balance dating back in January 2018 and bumped it up by about $100K. Since it was the first time I mentioned it and the agent confessed that this is a KNOWN ISSUE. AFter 3 hours of working with me, the agent concluded that the case is escallated to Level 2 and they will be in touch ASAP but this never happened. WHY SHOULD SOMEONE USE QUICKEN WHEN THE PACKAGE IF FLAWED AND UNRELIABLE? I can batter and safer manage my account for free on EXCELL.
