Using latest Quicken Mac Subscription version.
I got this error a couple days ago. I went to the actual Southern Security website and can log in there fine. After getting the error all day, I noticed the text within the error message said the financial institution was requesting that I change my password. I changed it at the website and also within Quicken. I'm still getting the FDP-109 error.
I followed the directions here:

and have disconnected the account. I then closed Quicken and reopened per the instructions. When trying to Add Account per instructions, I'm still getting the FDP-109 error.
Please help.
