Validate file on Mac

I don't see the validate file option on my Mac Quicken. Is this in a different place or do I need to hold down 6 keys to make it appear?

There is no option to validate the database on QMac. The modern QMac database is SQL based and extremely fault tolerant. It does not require a validation option as was the case for QWin.

One word of caution, however: do not keep your live database file on any cloud storage system (eg. Dropbox, iCloud Drive, OneDrive, etc.) Doing so will inevitably result in file corruption. It is safe, however, to store a backup of the file in the cloud.
