Passwords should be selectable item under an Institution, bill, Account , Insurance, etc

I may not have this right.

You create a password item (which can't be the same as a bill name) and then link it to another item via "provides access to" .

For example.. currently:
You have bank account Citibank… you create a password item Citibank-pw and then use the "provides access to".

New idea:
Why doesn't the account Citibank have a password selection list that could select the Citibank-pw ?

For an Account item:

there is a selection list for Institution and account owners, Why not just add password to this item vs the password "provides access to" the account item?
