CC-501 with BCU (Baxter Credit Union)
I have been getting the same error message for 2 weeks when trying to activate downloads. I changed my account password, and per Quicken I needed to deactivate the account then reactivate. Ever since I have deactivated it, I have not been able to activate again. I enter using my new password, and I keep getting the same error: CC-501 Oops. We're having a problem. …unable to connect to Quicken servers at this time. Do not contact BCU for assistance. Please try again… I have been getting this same message for at least 2 weeks!!

When Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information, you’ll receive a message with a CC-501 in the program. This is usually caused on the bank’s end — Quicken is blocked from connecting to the account. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information.
As per the FAQ: If you receive one of these errors, please wait 24 hours and then try again. If the issue still persists after this time period, please contact Quicken Support.
