CC-502 The Savings Bank (Massachusetts)
I have attempted to update my accounts at The Savings Bank (TSB) for a couple of days and get a CC-502 error. I contacted the bank and they are not aware of any issues with Quicken access. They claim that since I was able to log in to my account via the web there should be no issues updating the accounts with Quicken on their end.
Has anyine else had issues connecting to The Savings Bank?

Please, review and follow the error-specific steps found in this support article.
If the steps are unsuccessful, then after 24 hours or more, as stated at the bottom of the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support via phone or chat. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to find the internal error and file for an escalation if they see fit.
