Inconsistent font behavior - any suggestions to improve behavior?
Prologue: I have used Windows ClearType Text adjustments to try to get text clear. Text looks better outside of Quicken.
I have my 1920x1080 screen scaling set to 125% with System (Enhanced) High DPI setting.
With these settings, Quicken displays the OSU Summary screen correctly including the dates:
However, the portfolio screen headers disappear:
If I change the High DPI set for Application:
The OSU summary screen no longer display the dates:
but the portfolio headings display correctly:
Are there any Windows or Quicken settings to get Quicken to display all of it's windows correctly while scaling is large i.e.125% ?
I've tried View → Large Fonts and those are way too large and also hide the dates from the OSU Summary screen.
I can uncheck High DPI and Quicken displays all windows correctly but the text is very fuzzy. You might have to select
Any suggestions to get all Quicken displays to work correctly with 125% display scaling and sharp text?

Hello @leishirsute,
Unfortunately, log reports are only valid and usable within the first 48 hours of being submitted.
Thanks!

Does that mean that support ignores all problem tickets that have been submitted if they can't address them within 48 hours ? Please clarify.

Hello @leishirsute,
They are not ignored. However, if the escalation team reviews the logs after 48 hours have passed, it is not uncommon for them to ask for new logs to confirm that the issue is still ongoing and to double-check that nothing has changed.
Thanks!

That is different from your earlier comment which made it sound like they disregarded any problems older than 48 hours.
This issue has been going on for months.
I can resubmit logs but have not heard any feedback other than from you.
Thanks for clarifying.
