Schwab problems ... again!

Starting about 2 weeks ago I've had numerous issues downloading transactions from Schwab. I have multiple accounts with them and have tried the reset and deactivate then reactivate. I'm no longer getting any errors, but, some of the accounts are not downloading any transactions. (I see transactions at Schwab.com in my account but when I download transactions it says 0 transactions downloaded). Any insight into what to try?

I'm on R59.10 Build 27.1.59.10

It seems like the problems began when an update to quicken was installed on or about 10/1/24. The update I think was involving a new feature to backup to the cloud… which… I have not elected to do.

It seems like its always schwab that has problems… all my other accounts at other places work great… all the time..

    Yes ^^ this.

    I have four Schwab accounts — 2 are continuing to update transactions, the other 2 reflect status as of 9/29/2024. No errors, tried resetting, tried deauthorizing and reauthorizing. Everything seems happy, but 2 accounts are stuck on 9/29/2024.

    I am also on R59.10 Build 27.1.59.10

    Spent 1hr 42min on chat support trying steps and collecting data for tier 2 support to investigate. Fingers crossed.

    Pls let me know if they come up with a solution. It seems to move too! If I disable the access and re-establish it I can get some accounts set-up again, but, then loose others.
