Unable to Set Up Downloads for Citi Card

been trying to set up download for my Citi card for days. maybe weeks

have tried all of the suggestions

can someone from Q comment as to when this will be resolved ?

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. What happens when you try to connect your account? Are you able to successfully connect? If not, what error message/code are you seeing? If you are able to connect, then what happens when you try to download? Do you get any error messages/codes? There are many connection options with Citi. Which connection options have you tried?

  • using current quicken classic premier …windows 10

    issue began about 10days ago, citi downloads were fine, now message "citi cards needs you to authorize your accounts"

    "use the bank hosted sign in form in your browser window to authorize downloads"

    I sign on to citi and authorize access and WHOA !!!!!…it actually worked on the 13th attempt

    I ran into the same problem. The Citibank/Quicken process is highly sensitive to the default browser to do the authorization and redirect back to Quicken Classic on Windows. The whole interaction in the browser would appear to work, but the redirection back to Quicken would fail. Citi thought everything is fine on their end because they sent an email indicating it's success.

    Anyway, Firefox didn't work; Edge didn't work; but Chrome did work. By work I mean the redirection back into Quicken and the completion of the download of transaction completed. To temporarily change you default browser that Quicken will invoke go into Setting's Default Apps and choose the alternate browser. You can return it to your preferred browser after you to Citibank/Quicken dance.
