Duplicate Transaction Reminders in Budgets

Why was my prior post with the same Title closed with no reply by anyone at Quicken? Quicken Support tells me to post the issue here so it can be noted by the Quicken Mods and they blatantly ignore me and close the issue when its an obviously bug in their horrific application.

You guys are just trying to bankrupt it seems, this is the last subscription I'll ever spend on this trash.
