Washington Trust (RI) not updating
When I try updating I get a message "An error has occurred" No error code.
3 accounts with this bank.
Washington Trust uses a separate logon for Quicken . My normal logon works fine.
Started Friday 10/11/24
Have a support request in with the bank already - havn't heard back yet

Hello @John54,
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Are you able to see any error code on the One Step Update Summary (You can access it by going to Tools>One Step Update Summary)? Are your accounts connected using Direct Connect or Express Web Connect? To check this, you can go to Tools>Account List. In the Transaction Download column for those accounts, it should show you which connection method is being used.

I was advised Tuesday 10/15 by Washington Trust that they were working with Quicken on a known problem.
All was well when I arrived home from work Wednesday.
Was not advised what the clearence was.
