Add "Idea Post" to Help menu

Make it easy for users to participate in finding, voting for and creating Ideas by adding it to the Help menu. I found Idea Post by guessing and found it in Community. If instead it were prominent and easier to find, I believe it would substantially increase community participation and you would receive more helpful, high-quality Ideas.
