Elan Financial Services account Setup to grab the CC bills
I can download the existing transactions fine with Express Web Connect. When I try to setup the account to bring in my CC Bills from the Bills page: I get the "we'll send you a 6 digit code…", I get the 6 digit code on my phone from Elan, BUT, Quicken just says "Authentication in progress" and never asks for the code. It eventually times out and says it will keep trying.
When I go through the Add Account process for Bills it does the same thing. I never get a dialog asking me for the code that was sent. It eventually times out and then says my account is locked. It isn't locked and I can login to Elan.
Should I not have it setup for Express Web Connect; do I need to use Direct Connect instead?
Please, any ideas?

I went ahead and checked the internal status of this Online Biller. Unfortunately, it shows a degraded status, which is why it will fail to connect at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.
