I have been unable to download from Wells Fargo for almost a year. Suggestions?

    I have no issues connecting to Wells Fargo. The first troubleshooting step would be to simply try reseting the account.

    I cannot connect to Wells Fargo today. Resetting the account did not fix it.

    If you have the same problem as the original poster, @jim1.depiante , your issue is the old, persistent CC-501 error.
    If the problem doesn't correct itself after 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report this issue. They will need to review a download log file and determine what's causing the problem. Depending on the review, the problem may need to be escalated to higher support levels.
