Franklin Templeton fails OSU and then Quicken crashes - exits to Windows

I ran OSU for all my accounts, all worked but FT.

I ran again, just for FT, and it failed and Quicken crashed to Windows.

I submitted the error report.

I opened Quicken, tried OSU for FT again, and it worked.
