Page Resetting to Top on Data Entry

Not sure if this a setting on my end, or request for feature. As I'm doing add contacts - would be great if could import. On entering - each field, when I Tab the webpage sort of refreshes and brings me to top of page. If I know what next field was, I can enter it and it will go there, else you have to scroll down and see where you are. So page shouldn't do that IMO.

Also - should have auto format for phone number - so just enter 10 digits and then have display auto configure to the (###) ###-#### - should be easy add
