Account doesn't appear in list of accounts to add

A money market account recently stopped being connected to bank. It doesn't appear in the list of accounts to sync after going through Add Account process.

    Hello @Ledermann,

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Which financial institution is this happening with? You mentioned it's not showing up in the list of accounts to sync after going through the Add Account process. Is it acting like you were able to successfully add/link the account in your Quicken? If you go to Tools>Account List, does the account show connected to the financial institution there (you will see that information in the Transaction Download column)?

    The issue is with USAA. The account appears in the Add Account list but isn't connected to a bank. The financial institution and account fields are blank in the Account Details>General tab. The account doesn't appear in the list after going through the Toos>Account List process with USAA.

    If the account isn't showing as an option to add/link in Quicken at all, then it's possible the account appears as a dormant account. Has there been any activity (other than interest payments) in the account in the last 90 days?

    If there has been activity in the account in the last 90 days and you haven't already done so, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file, then go to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts, making sure to link the account to the correct name in Quicken (if it gives you the option to add/link the account).
