Navy Federal accounts not added
Is anybody having trouble connecting to Navy Federal Credit Union? Quicken uses Intuit to connect to Navy Federal. After I authorized my accounts (all listed) at Navy Federal, Quicken returned that it couldn't find any accounts to add. Attempting to link on a new file returned the same results.
Also, I reset both my cloud account and my mobile sync with no success. Do you have any other ideas? Screenshots attached

I'm a little puzzled about the Grant Access screen you showed.
You have "Unselect All" checked together with all your accounts. I'm wondering what the process actually does … stop after processing "Unselect All" and leave you without authorized accounts? If it did that, it would explain the "no accounts found" message.What happens if you try the process again, but this time leave "Unselect all" unchecked? Only check all your accounts.

Added a couple of more screenshots to clarify what is seen. Unselect all is giving you the option to unselect all the check marks. I did not do that as I want to add all my accounts. You do not have the option to submit your request unless at least one account is selected.
