Thanks for coming back to let us know! Did you take any troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue?
I have a total of 17 accounts in Quicken. This morning, I encountered CC-501 errors in 5 accounts. After several unsuccessful attempts in my primary Quicken file, I successfully updated a test file. I then logged out and then logged back into my Quicken primary file. My Primary file successfully updated.
