Opt In For Telemetry (Q Mac)

A lot of people use Quicken Classic because they don't want to be overshare their financial data. However, Quicken Classic for Mac connects to many telemetry providers, such as Mixpanel. I request that telemetry be opt in, or at least have the option to opt out.
