USAA E-Biller Not Available

I have several USAA credit cards and I'm able to add them to capture actual expenses. I want to add USAA as an "E-Biller", however, Im not able to find USAA credit cards as a new bill.

Below is the USAA Credit Card financial instution which is available to capture actual expenses but I don't see this under the E-Biller section.

Has anyone been able to add USAA as an E-Biller? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
