Citi Bank Downloads Not woring

When I download checking, savings and CC the downloads do not happen even though there are new posted transactions. If I deactivate and reactivate, the downloads will work for one time, and then not work for future transactions. Support does not know how to fix this.

    Have you switched to Quicken Mac? You're posting in the Mac forums. If you're still using Quicken for Windows I can have a moderator move your post.

    I think you've selected the wrong financial institution if it's connecting but not downloading known new transactions.
