Initial connection to Credit Union made during setup, i.e. signin credentials were recognzied. . Then message appears offering to send security code to phone number or email address on record with Credit Union. . Code is received and provided during setup. . Sign in process briefly continues, then disconnects.
Error message is "Sorry, we encountered an error, it;s not your fault."
Credit Union's request for a two factor authentication code first appeared a few days ago during update attempts . Until today, account connection and updates , after providing code, completed normally.
