I bought a bond in my brokerage account and cannot get it to reconcile with my Quicken account

I am using the 2024 version of Quicken for Windows. About three months ago I began downloading my transactions from my Schwab account.
The transactions register in my Schwab account reads as follows:
06/18/2024 | BuyTrade Details | 06738JHR8 BARCLAYS BK PLC / 5% 25F DUE 09/30/25 | 2,000 | $102.74 | -$2,077.02 | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
When I download this to Quicken, the Quicken software wants to read the transaction as 20 shares rather than 2000 shares. Quicken then assigns two placeholder transactions, the first one adding 180 shares, the second one subtracting 180 shares and records the market value as $263.60. As of today—10/24/2024—Schwab says the market value is $2017.16.
How can I fix this????

Assuming you bought 2 bonds with a face value of $1.000 (and no accrued interest) a manually entered BuyBond action in Quicken (with an assumed commission amount to come to the $2,077.02 you're showing) should look like this:
and would end up int the Transaction List as this:
I think if you delete the downloaded transaction, manually make the purchase entry and then delete those Placeholders you probably will get things straightened out.
