Coming from [Removed - 3rd Party Software] we have 330 categories of expenses in a .csv file. How do I "create" or "export" this file into a format wherein I can import these categories into Quicken?

I would export a QIF of the categories in your Quicken file, examine the resulting QIF using Notepad, then use Excel to rearrange your CSV into QIF format. Import that QIF file.
