Why does "projected Balances" in "Bills & Income" not work

My projected balances for my Fifth Third Bank checking account are not accurate. There are debit and credits listed but are not accounted for in the "closing balance" column. I don't use this function much, so I don't know when it started.

I did a repair and validate, closed the file and reopened it, with no improvement.

I have redacted some of the Pay To/Receive from information in the attached screenshot.

Quicken for windows version R59.18 Build 27.1.59.18 Windows 11 Enterprise.

The Closing Balance is not equivalent to the Running Balance in your account registers.
The Closing Balance takes into account all the transactions for the same day and calculates what the day's final balance (aka Closing Balance) would be. If you have multiple transactions in the same account on the same day you will see several transactions all with the same Closing Balance.

I still see some discrepancies with the Projected Balances applet. The closing balances are correct but the table does not include a missing transaction although it was used to calculate the closing balances. The missing transaction is present in the Fifth Third Bankcorp CHECKING account but is not a line item in the Projected Balances table. This is very strange since it is used to calculate the closing balances.

Is that payment to Amazon Visa defined as a Scheduled Transfer Reminder, not a Bill or Income Reminder with a transfer-to/from account category?
And are both accounts included in the Projected Balances View?
Is that transaction a scheduled reminder or a one-time transaction?

    Thank you for responding.

The payment to Amazon Visa is a monthly bill that shows up in the Bills section of Bills & Income. It does not have an associated reminder. The "Enter Expense Transaction" dialog box for the bill does show this bill using the fifth third bancorp checking as the "account to use". The "Category" has the [Amazon Visa] account.

I'm only looking at the Fifth Third Bancorp CHECKING in the selected accounts. That is the account I am interested in tracking the balance of. I would think there should be a line included showing the "Pay To/Receive From" Amazon Visa" in the amount of $322.80. The ledger would be accurate and I would see all the in/outs.

I still think it is very strange that the Amazon Visa payment is accounted for in the projected balances but not shown as an entry.
