Bank of America no longer connecting
Bank of America is no longer connecting to Quicken. Deactivated and tried reactivating. BoA says access granted but Quicken reports the following:
FI_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABLE
Bad response from the provider with http status code 403

Was having a similar problem where the red "circle with slash" was next to one of my BofA account names. Had to try several times going through the account log in and "Share My Data" option. Finally got it to work and got a window in Quicken showing all of the accounts and the "Don't Add to Quicken" message (which is very confusing language Quicken team). Once I selected okay I used the Update Now option (under the account settings [Gear] - or use Ctl-Alt-U). After the update ran the red the "circle with slash" symbol went away. All okay now.
