Vanguard Direct Connect stopped working
Direct Connect for Vanguard stopped working for me at the start of October. I keep getting an OFX Error 16503 and the underlying error shows as "HTTP 400" with no other information.
Direct connect has stopped working before for a few days at a time but not for an entire month. I tried disconnecting the account as per another post, but I haven't been able to connect the account again since it fails every time.
Looking at the OFX logs, I noticed this error. Anyone know how to fix? It seems like an issue in Quicken to me.
