Check Pay/Bill Manager now gated behind Mobile Verification failing

Hi. New Mobile Verification required to use Check Pay.
I get a Quicken Text on my mobile, but the link appears to be broken.
If I click on the URL it open a "blank" page on the browser. But nothing happens
I called support (spend 1hr talking to agent) told them I believe the link is broken.

They suggest my iPhone browser is the issue, that a pop up blocker or a VPN or a firewall is causing the issue.
But why do I get to text 2 text messages: 01/02 with the Link and 02/02 with a lot of numbers?
The agent suggested that once the page opens I need to manually enter the number on the second text….
Yet, If I put both the URL and the number together (https://services.quicken.com/v/QKN/516….656/11) it appear to work, and I get some confirmation (shown below); but Quicken (for Windows) keeps waiting for the verification.
Anyone else having this issue?
