I realize it's not a simple matter to resolve an incompatible interface issue between two dissimilar systems. You resolved the Citi card/Quicken interface issue in a matter of a few days. However, the Hancock Whitney Bank/Quicken interface is still an unresolved issue after a week with no interim status reports since 10/25/24. I understand that Citi card represents a larger customer base to Quicken than Hancock Whitney. However, Hancock Whitney Bank is no less important to its users than Citi card is to its users. Please show Hancock Whitney Quicken users that they are equally important to Quicken management as are Citi card Quicken users. Thank you.
