Q Mac 7.10.0 slow to search in All Transactions

I have a few years worth of transactions across quite a few accounts, and searching in "All Transactions" would take maybe 4-5 seconds. Starting with 7.10.0 it now takes 20-30 seconds. Anyone else noticed this slow down?

UPDATE: I exited and restarted Quicken and now performance is back to normal. Odd.

I don't know what the issue was, but one tip when Quicken is slow is to check to see if any reports are open in windows behind the main window. Having one or two reports you opened previously and forgot were open in the background can really make things seem sluggish.

And restarting the program, and restarting your Mac, is also something to try early in a troubleshooting process. Restarting a Mac isn't really necessary often, so many of us rarely do it — but if something funky is going on, restarting can fix any number of unexplained issues.
