I've been trying to add an annuity account from MassMutual, and continue to receive CC-501 errors. The login validates, and has me confirm via a text message, which I receive and then enter. The error text says that this indicates that this means an inability to connect with the Quicken Servers, and that I should try again in a few hours.
This has now been going on for over a month, so I wonder how long to wait, or what my next step should be.
